The reviewer who left the negative sầu post was probably a life saver for me. I had made several curtain panels that involved making my own individual tabs, which is a very time consuming process when you have a whole house full of windows khổng lồ deal with. I chose to order the sản phẩm anyway and after seeing how sturdy it was, I decided lớn create a way lớn use it without reading those dreaded directions. Here"s how: First of all, you will need to find an online tutorial for hidden tab curtains. This is the one I found helpful:http://www.viewalongtheway.com/2012/06/tutorial-how-to-sew-lined-back-tab-curtains-drapes-curtain-panels-whatever/Using those instructions, I was at the stage where my panels were already hemmed along the bottom & sides. I then turned down a simple hem across the top, pinned it, & pressed it in well. My fabric was heavy, so I miter-folded the corners & did a little hidden trimming so they would lie flat. With the panel"s lining side up & starting with the left edge, I pinned the tape across the top of the first panel, covering the raw edges of that hem and making sure the first loop started 1/2 inch from the left edge & that the tape was 1/4 inch beneath the now folded top of the panel. I pinned it along until I got to lớn the right edge of the panel. Knowing that the right edge of the last tab needed to lớn be một nửa inch from the edge of the panel, I cut through the tape, and did some splicing & overlapping khổng lồ put that tab just where it needed to be. This tape is heavy và it doesn"t unravel, so there"s no need to lớn finish edges that you cut. I then cut away the excess header tape 1/4 inch from the kết thúc of each panel & stitched it in place along all 4 edges. The tape is the color of the lining và doesn"t show from the baông xã side. The fabric I used was practically an upholstery weight, yet I would use it with any weight fabric. I think it"s a great hàng hóa.
